environmentally friendly, durable.
The countryside of western Norway is excellent sheep pasture. A
mild climate (that's right, it is not as cold as many think it is) throughout
the year make wool supple and gives it volume.

The Rauma wool factory has also been around for decades.
Husfliden - the stores for the Norwegian Association for Arts and
Crafts - have gotten their yarn from Rauma since the early
1930's. Rauma is also known for producing top quality yarns.
